IT Technical Support – At Customer Premises
Location: Genting Highlands Premium Outlets
We are seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support to provide first level support to users on hardware, software, and all IT related issues, including troubleshooting ELV / physical security system devices such as CCTV, card access, digital signage, and other related systems. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s IT infrastructure by providing technical assistance to end-users on-site.
Responsibilities:
Provide first level support to users on hardware, software, and all IT related issues
Troubleshoot ELV / physical security system devices such as CCTV, card access, digital signage, and other related systems
Reside at client’s site to provide technical support and assistance to end-users
Install and set up Access Point, IP Phone, IT network system related
Respond to incidents and service requests from end-users via telephone, email, and on-site service
Identify and resolve problems/or escalate to other technical resources
Perform computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
Administer servers such as Domain controller, file server, backup, etc.
Monitor network infrastructure using network monitoring software
Coordinate with vendors on IT system support and maintenance
Submit a daily summary report
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in the IT-related field
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems and issues
Responsible and team player
technical knowledge in Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft products, servers, switches, security systems, and structured cabling, and other general applications
Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting ELV / physical security system devices such as CCTV, card access, digital signage, and other related systems
Willingness to work on rotational shifts, 10 am to 10 pm
